"The location is excellent, can walk to most of the sightseeing area and museum. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room size is not small and very clean. Just one small thing is the bath door which next to the bed, it has loud sound when close the bath room door. But it is not big deal. The hotel has valet parking. I will stay at this hotel again. "

"Hotel location was very convenient. However, the room is quiet noisy, emergency vehicles, and drunken people on the street. Dated room facilities, freeze not cold, hard to turn on the tap."

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."

"The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower. "
