「This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if...

「We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers. 」

「Great hospitality. The hotel is very new and we were a few of the individuals who stayed there for the first time. The hotel was kept clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, the first shop was convenient and handy. The hotel does not have many amenities other than pool and gym which is the necessary. 」

To be honest when we first got there we were not sure it was for us, it’s a little older and the restaurant food isn’t special. But the place grows on you and is very quaint. If they could level-up the food, we’d return in a second. I also loved the yoga class by Lizzie on Tuesday morning. So nice. May be back next year. 」

「I loved the poolside cottage with full kitchen. Beach and water fantastic. Restaurant dinners were too crowded and too expensive, but the lunches can be taken at the beech under comfortable umbrellas. Breakfasts great. there was construction noise during the week, and the air conditioners were too loud, but I tuned it all out for the overall great experience.」

「We went upscale on this vacation and went for a junior suite facing the beach was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The various restaurants provided a good variety on menu and cost. Yoga on the beach was so relaxing for mind and body.」

「I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! The food was fine, breakfast was great and worth the money and we did several lunches and one dinner. Expect all food to be expensive no...

The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. 」

「This appears to be a timeshare. Exterior well kept. Interior aged and outdated. Very few people there. Limited things to do nearby. One of two units no hot water. Shower heads in both units needed to be replaced; caked with debris and water not coming out. No telling if they had ever been replaced 」

「The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.」
