"Great location - sized rooms but dated Good for onite business trips "

"Hotel was great, rooms very small but adequate. Location was fantastic, close to a train station. Breakfast was a bit ordinary though. We phoned prior to booking and asked about our dietary requirements, dairy intolerant, and were told there were plenty of dairy free options, there weren't. When we asked if it was possible to get a couple of fried eggs instead of scrambled with milk, we were very rudely told, "only what is here." We even had to buy our own dairy free margarine as they only had butter. Date of stay: March 2026 "

"Booked a superior room. It’s so small that it’s not enough room for two adults and two suitcases. Every time we flushed the toilet it sounded like an alarm went off. We let the manager know and he said maintenance would fix the problem. This did not happen even after reminding him. We stayed 4 nights and the “alarm” is still going off. "
