"Our room was spacious as they upgraded us from a twin to the family room. The front office manager was super friendly & helpful. If you’re heading to the harbour it’s in a great location but the room/s we had smelled of domestos & the bedding also had a funky odour."

"What a great find! Walking distance to central station. The rooms are compact but the layout makes it work and not feel cramped at all. The decor was really different, industrial vibe. Loved it!. The beds were next level comfort. The pillows, linen and bed it self was divine. Would stay here again."

"Staff were absolutely fantastic- From the moment i walked in the door, the doorman greeted me and helped me with my luggage. Throught my stay staff were great! The room was large, clean and made up every day. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of sydney close to many shops and a short walk to public transport if going a bit further away. Even at the very end of my stay the doorman not only helped me with my luggage out but he also advised me the platform to take at the closest train station back to the airport. Solo traveller this trip but I will most certainly return to the Paradox for another stay when back in Sydney- either a solo or family trip."
