Great location can be noisy though the neighbour on the right is a nutcase…but it was okay…lovely staff so wonderful…the manage Richard was marvellous. The room needs an up grade and maintenance but pleasant. Breakfast fantastic lounge area very nice pool table great!

A very unusual set up but it was a very good stay , staff were great and also hotel very clean with good breakfast. Good location close to water front Quay and good restaurants. Owner is very nice and gave us a discount at a local restaurant.
