"I recently had the opportunity to stay at "Comfy One Bed Apartment in Forest Park", and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, the rental was sufficient and adequate for my needs. "The apartment was clean (although at one point, someone must have smoked in the apartment…I am ultra sensitive) and the bed was comfortable. It was only a 10 minute walk to downtown Arlington Heights, which was great, and a five minute walk to the post office! The only drawback to this place was the very loud air conditioner. It was like a jet engine…and it was only in one room.We used a supplied box fan for the bedroom. Overall, though, we had a nice stay."

"Picked this place because it had on-site parking. My wife is disabled. Couple days before trip got email saying on street parking only - first come. Chicago has notorious bad parking. After complaining 2x ( had to park 3 blocks away) was able to park in back of building. Host ignored all communication after that.
