This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties. The seasonal pool will be open from April to October. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. A car is recommended for transportation to and from this property.

The location is nice with a lot of restaurants nearby.

The staff are super friendly, the restaurants are excellent. The hotel is sort of aged, very dim in the room; no jug, use a water warmer which takes 20 mins to boil water; the bed board with craft pattern is quite dusty, not pleased as the dusk is just next to your pillow. Generally speaking, facilities are ok, but in terms of cleaning-ness, quite some room to improve compared to other hotels in Japan. Good location though :)

The facilities are good, many choices of restaurant in the hotel; spacious and comfort room, it will be great if do the cleaning and pest control properly. The customer service is excellent, beautiful sea view from our room, was enjoyed to stay here.
