This property is run by a new owner and he is quite helpful and cooperative. I wanted a blanket on the bed as opposed to a comforter and he provided it. He had suggestions about eating places and helped us find a large vehicle to take us to the airport (large quantity of luggage). He was receptive to some ideas for improving the rooms as well. There is a hotel across the street that supports people with disabilities. They also feed guests to the Popolo guest rooms. It's a great place to grab a full breakfast buffet for only 10 Euros per person.

Camera ben arredata in una struttura molto piacevole e moderna. Qualche pecca risolvibile: sciacquone del wc non funzionante, odore di fumo di sigaretta proveniente dalla ventola del bagno quando accesa, parecchio rumore che arriva probabilmente dagli impianti delle altre camere e dal frigo presente in camera, reception non presente in struttura.
