「Easy to get to easy check small town feeling」

「Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!」

「The pool looked great though we didn’t use it. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was minimal and there is no elevator. Not a quiet location」

「To begin with the property charged my card twice( unresolved) issue . They said the system is down. The first night the room smelled like someone smoking all night in the room and sprayed air freshener, muggy and no air circulation in the room. The front desk staff they will tell you the system is down and o well.」

「My only complaint is no beverages of any kind allowed in the pool area.」

「Stayed in a Queen Suite to accommodate three travelers. The room was great. We had plenty of space and appreciated all the kitchen amenities including the coffee pot in the room. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which was also appreciated, as was the big countertop. I checked out the free breakfast which is only till 9am on weekdays. Wish that had been till at least 9:30am since we were on a personal trip, not for business. Breakfast was very basic although there was a fresh waffle...

「I will neverrr in my life will i ever stay at this hotel ever again in my life. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny...
