「Had an early flight out of GRR over Thanksgiving, during a very typical winter storm the night before. Drove down to stay the evening to not have to make the two hour drive in bad weather, and was extremely surprised and impressed at our stay. This property is super clean, quiet, easily accessible and comfortable. The front desk was wonderful and very helpful. 10/10 stay, and would pick this hotel over all of the others in the area if we need to stay before or after a flight again.」

The hotel offers accessible rooms, which is thoughtful and inclusive. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was incredibly attentive—they noticed my needs without being asked and kindly assisted me with printing, which was far beyond my expectations. 「The room is extremely clean. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The design of the room is one of the best we've seen at this price level. When you enter you do not walk through the bathroom, but a nice living room with a couch and small tv. Then you walk past the bathroom door. To the left is the small kitchenette. Then you enter the bedroom, with a queen, two end tables, a dresser, and closet..The Havac unit is up on the wall and is silent! There are plenty of lamps throughout.」
