"We had a beautiful time during our stay. The rooms are so comfortable and have beautiful views. The staff was kind and even checked on us to see if we needed more coffee. The views were perfect day and night. We enjoyed the pool and played some golf and relaxed. Best week ever! "

"The suite was modern and looked like it was recently renovated with all mice and modern touches and fixtures. With one bedroom upstairs and one down it afforded provacy and a greats nnigjts sleep! A wonderful sirprise and famtastic home base for exploring key largo. "

"We upgraded to an Ocean View and it was fantastic! Nice quiet vacation and great location with walkable restaurants and bars. Breakfast was special with awesome omlets by Chris!!"

"Pool was dirty, cloudy had debris and never saw anyone cleaning it. I even complained to front desk. Had to chase down maids for toilet paper, clean towels. Requested they clean room and change sheets when we were gone for the day, came back and nothing was done. We were there for 9 days and terrible service. Elevator went down and they didn’t even put a notice on it. We were on the third floor and my husband is disabled so I called the office and they said because it was a weekend they couldn’t get it repaired until Monday, I requested they move us to a ground floor and they refused. I finally had to site the ADA federal laws. It was fixed that night but they never notified us. This place is run down and all I ever heard was that employees were quitting and they didn’t have enough help. For what we paid for this place I was very disappointed and I wouldn’t even give it one star "

"We had a partial view of ocean from our room. We did not use the pool but it was a decent looking. The staff was kind and professional. The room we had smelled of mold strongly. "

"Did not use any facilities. Property does need some repairs and maintenance. Front desk has limited opening hours. Room cleaned daily but room supplies not replenished. Good location though. Manatees and dolphin seem from walkway outside room. Close to main road on one side. Cannot leave curtains or door open if privacy is an issue as walkways on both sides and anyone passing on each side can see into the room. "
