「My only complaint was that we were unaware of their room cleaning policy. Rooms are not cleaned or restocked until the third full day. So we had to special order the cleaning a day early, since our trash was full and we needed clean towels. However, even then, the beds were never made and the room was not cleaned. Wish we had known this before we arrived. Everything else was great!!!」

We spent 5 days, 4 nights and not once were offered room service. There was no tag to put on the door for room service, and every time we called the front desk, no one would answer.
