「Loved the Suite to accommodate snacks and light meals, a separate desk to work at early when my daughter was still sleeping, and the split between sleep and awake area. Breakfast included hot eggs, hard boiled, sausage or bacon, and even a few options for gluten-dairy-free folks like us. Very clean, nice area, walkable to the LymeStop doctor.」

「Although the room is a little older it is well taken care of and clean.The pool and hot tub were available for use and there was a basic hot eggs and sausage breakfast with waffles, toast, fruit, cereal and drinks available. For the price it was adequate. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. It looks like they are doing some updating. The hotel is just out of the populated area so it is quiet and there are plenty of places to eat and walk around.」

However, our experience at the Hyatt Inn was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Having stayed at many Hyatt locations over the years, I can confidently say that this was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Every member of the staff, from the front desk team to the restaurant and bar personnel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction....
