"This is a bed & breakfast in a well maintained historic building. Pros: It is in walking distance to the lake, very convenient location. The rooms are clean and freshly-made breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly, and online check-in is smooth. Cons: We stayed in Room 5, which has its separate bathroom across the hallway. The bathroom has no window curtain, and one of the lamps was not working properly. The bed seemed fragile, a tiny movement could make noises in the bed. If you want to experience the historic building with nice decor in a convenient location, I would recommend try other rooms in this property."
Comfort Inn & Suites Post Falls - Coeur dAlene West

"The air conditioner sounded like it was making ice. The staff during check-inn where not as courteous as other locations. Breakfast toaster wouldn't work unless I you held it down, and the eggs were way over cooked. Best Westerns are still better. I stayed at 2 comfort inns during this trip and was hoping that you would be the same or better than them. I would stay again though. I hope this helps."

"Clean, comfortable hotel. Might not be new and flashy, but it's solid. Air conditioning worked amazingly well, the laundry was convenient and much appreciated after days on the road with teenagers. The boys liked the game/TV room when they needed a break from the parental units. Fantastic location. Easy parking."

"This was a solid property where our family could sleep comfortably for the night. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked like a dream. There aren’t any frills like a pool or workout room, but we were arriving later in the day and leaving first thing in the morning while passing through. The continental breakfast in the morning fed the family and we were off. I’d stay here again without hesitation if I’m just needing a place to lay my head while passing through. If you’re looking for a fancy spot to stay multiple days in, this probably won’t make you happy."

"Nice reimagined boutique roadside motel. Had a little trouble getting checked in as the code didn't work but Jen was very quick to respond and get it reprogrammed. Room 3 itself was spacious and quiet with a small separate room. Parking is definitely tight, especially for the rooms in the corner, but we were towards the front and nobody was next to us. AC worked great and was relatively quiet. Fridge and small freezer compartment were awesome and it was easy access to a nearby grocery store to get a bag of ice and wine. Not having a closet or shelf with a rod and hangers was strange. There was a rubberized hook, like you'd use to hang a bike in your garage, but it didn't seem sturdy enough to hold a garment bag let alone a bike, if that was its intended purpose. And though the room was visibly tidy, after showering, our bathed feet still left dirt on the soft white towels from walking barefoot on the floor. And a previous guest enjoyed the very comfy bed to the point of visibly drooling on one of the pillow shams. Those little hiccups aside, it was a pleasant stay and an easy walk to downtown CDA."
