「Booked last minute got a very nice clean room but a sticky floor. Probably from too much cleaner. Fresh cookies in the lobby very helpful gentleman at the desk. Luggage rake was small and a little difficult to maneuver but the in room amenities were great」

「We stayed only one night and had a function to go to so we weren't there much, and had to leave at 8:00 AM. We asked for a quiet room since we are light sleepers-and were pleased that the room was quiet. The carpet one the stairs and hallway was worn and didn't look as though it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. In our room there was a candy wrapper on the floor between the bed and nightstand and more wrappers in the drawer of the nightstand, which made us wonder if how much attention was...

「From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!」

「Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.」

「I don't understand why they would have a kitchen facility without any pots, pans, plates and utensils. Are you so worried that guests will steal them? You could have a fee for guests to rent what they need for their stay and wash them up before they leave. Having the large fridge and freezer was great seeing we had food with us in a cooler. But we couldn't fix anything.」

「It is not easy looking for a room to fit a family of 6 but the room was perfect for us. I loved it had a pool for the kids hot tub for parents. Breakfast was great. Staff was super helpful when I needed anything. The most Important thing to me is that it was clean! It was beautiful inside and looked new.」
