"The young lady checking us in was friendly and helpful. The outside of the property is clean, well maintained. The hall carpets are stained. Housekeeping in our room was bad. Soap scum ring in bathtub, carpet needed vacuum around the bed, counter tops show rag swipe marks. The beds are hard and springs "creak" every time you move. No bed bugs though. "
