「Room was nice. In an older building (Bldg #3) in the complex. Right downtown so easy walking to all Sandpoint shops & restaurants.」

「The hotel definitely needs updating. The room was clean enough but lacked wash cloths. We had a room in the back so it was quiet but the hotel sits right next to the highway so front rooms might be noisy. I wouldn’t choose to say here again.」

「We had an amazing time from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for the evening, and the entire staff was absolutely incredible—attentive, welcoming, and thoroughly professional. We have had some truly great meals in the past, but the culinary execution here completely sets a new standard. Every dish was exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so unforgettable; we cannot wait to return.」

「Nice stay, when I was using the jet tub and pool area, it was not very busy, and family friendly.」

「This was my 5th time staying here. Love this place!」

「It was just an ok stay, good location, we didnt eat breakfast at this location not much to choose from.」

「The room i stayed in was pretty good especially for the price. The rooms have been remodeled and are what the photos show. Pro: everything is pretty much new. Liked that there was a kitchen and full fridge with microwave, sink and stove. Bathroom was really nice too (you will need to use the kitchen sink to wash hands as theres no bathroom sink) and bed was pretty comfortable. The area is overall pretty quiet (besides the cars on the road). The area is also very pretty and you can see alot of...

「Room was clean. Floor boards creek even when neighbors walk in their room. Fridge had high pitched continuous noise. Walls were very thin. Could hear everything from neighbors. Breakfast choices are slim. Would not stay here again.」

「Clean room. Our room was at the far end and the outdoor stairs were broken and roped off so this was very inconvenient with a bad knee.」

「Heater would blow cold air. You get one sheet and a thin blanket. Froze all night. The fridge doesnt work just made noise all night. Showers need a curtain, you have to step out in cold puddles of water to get shampoo and the tile is uneven. You get one towel. Not enough parking spaces. I will be staying in spirit lake again but never staying here again」

「Loved the pool and multiple hot tubs. Game room was fun. Coffee place was fantastic! Try the pretzels at the pizza spot down the road!! Relaxing, beautiful location right on the lake. HUGE rentals!! Well maintained and pretty clean」

「They were like family!」
