「Staff was great. Kind and generous. We just had an issue with the cleanliness of our room. The carpet was not vacuumed. Window had hand prints everywhere. Bathroom needed a wipe down. We had to ask for toilet paper. Which is fine but I do think if they clean it and see that there is not enough on the roll for several days, it needs a new roll. The pool was out of commission and absolutely nothing mentioned anywhere online. We wanted a pool to swim. We ended up going to a river and still had...

「Room is quite and adequate. The price for the room is reasonable for the older hotel and rooms. What I didn.t like was the room smelled of heavy cleaner or something. Also the floor and chair had stains on them, however, the room was clean and comfortable.」

「Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.」

「great rooms that had it all Full kitchen with stove and large fridge microwave and dish washer. beds were nice and bathroom was roomy and desk . Had laundry area with many machines and snack area and elevator. Easy location in and out for drivers should no be not overlook to main road to mall to Walmart, eating places and interstate road.」

「Very nice hotel at a great price point. The breakfast is one of the best. The rooms were clean and well maintained, bed very comfortable, and HVAC worked well, wasn't too noisy. The only issue with the room is the bathroom is small. The sink/vanity is outside the bathroom, so that's helpful. Great place and we love to stay there. The trail along the river is a nice walk to take too.」
