It's a big place and there wasn't a conference going on while we were there, so it's pretty quiet. It was a great place to stay overnight with our little dog.
An overall good accommodation outside the city of Coeur D'Alene (just 12 mins far by car). If you like biking, you can ride to CdA without moving your car. The trail goes through Post Falls. There is plenty of parking at this hotel.

Nice place to stay. Restaurants on site had good food and was reasonable prices
Hate to sound whiny, we don’t normally leave negative reviews but… Hotel is pretty run down. Pictures do not do it justice. We won’t stay here again, staff was great, food was good. Location is awesome. But, the paper thin walls/ceiling made for a rough time sleeping. Have you ever been to Reno? That’s what it feels like. I’m sure it was nice 30 years ago.
Great amenities! Large hot tub, dry sauna and indoor pool. We were skeptical because the rooms do have access doors to the parking lot but it was actually very convenient.
This is my second stay here. I upgraded to river view. Room was clean but a bit dated. Beds were clean and comfortable.
The hot tub was up and running this time and good temp.
I chose this stay as it has a restaurant and bar with great views. But, in our 4day stay, neither was open for business. Kinda disappointed as we were going to have family come meet us there multiple times.
Overall nice place, but a little over priced for what is available.
Stayed an entire week due to a flood in my primary residence nearby. Staff was very understanding and accommodated for this short term stay.

When we first arrived, they gave us two rooms, one of which hadn't been cleaned, so we had to go back and wait in line again to get another cleaned room. The lake view with balcony was a joke, the balcony held one person, max, and didn't feel secure in the least. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the Dam Bar and restaurant were fun and had good food and drinks.
Spacious room, very comfortable bed. We ate breakfast at the restaurant but the chef was sick so there was a buffet, everything offered was good although maybe a little overpriced. Can't beat the view from the dining area! We love that they welcome pets and have a very nice lawn area for them to run and do their business.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful right on the lake. It’s absolutely beautiful. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired. The room was outdated. Didn’t have one hook in the bathroom to hang anything on no sink area or vanity for you to get ready in the bathroom. It had a weird sliding door that didn’t have an actual door knob or handle. It was like a piece of metal that ran odd and if you shut it all the way it would catch, and you would be locked in the bathroom. It literally took my friend to help me get out of the bathroom because the door would not open. I just feel that the rooms for the price we paid should’ve been a little more updated or renovated.
Bring your own coffee pot and blanket. We were staying on a Monday night, The Dam bar was not open, didn't appear the restaurant was open either. Breakfast in the restaurant the following morning was good.
Great place for pets.
Our room was not on the water side but very comfortable. Pretty noisy heating and refrigerator. The guests and surrounding rooms are quiet.
Room was clean, bed was comfy, loved the showerhead. Hated the outdated and tiny toilets. Their afternoon front desk team member wasn't very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Toilet paper is terrible like all hotels, bring your own!
