「This hotel needs some massive upgrades. No housekeeping though requested twice. Polite front desk personnel. Ample parking. Recommend if you have lots of equipment. Otherwise- go elsewhere」

「The loft was beautiful! It has huge vaulted ceilings, lots of light, a big shower with two shower heads! Very clean. The only negatives were the road noise from the nearby freeway and the excessive chemical/soaps used on the bedding. Considering the building and its location the noise wasn’t terrible and the soap could just be because my skin is very sensitive to laundry detergents/softeners. The Kitchen is amazing. The couch and bed are very comfy. I’ll definitely be staying there again.」

「Wallace was a stopover for the night during our trip to Missoula and we selected it due to its history. There are at least three museums in town that offer really interesting topics. The hotel is right in the middle of town and within walking distance of these museums. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around as well. The hotel is in a building from the early 1900s and I am amazed how well maintained it is. The room is clean and neat. I noticed that there are no TV and air-conditioning...

「Stayed in cabin 29 - it was like brand new inside. Bedroom was small but very clean. Second bed was in main living space. Would have given a 5 on amenities however the kitchenette had nothing to use but some plates, cups and a few pieces of silverware. No pots, pans or any other cookware/utensils/kitchen ware. Towels in bathroom were thin and small. Very much appreciated the staff waiting for us to get there in the evening!! There is a restaurant on property but was closed the day we were...

「Staff was great. Nice bar/restaurant at the hotel. Good coffee shop as well. Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Convenient little grocery store across the street. Hotel store has alot of cool stuff and Montana related merchandise. No issues and the staff was accommodating. My family and I have stayed here numerous times throughout the years and it gets better each time」
