「Amenities for kids and family are good when compared with other facilities. Facilities are clean. Continental breakfast has no eggs. Washbasin was too high so it was very difficult for kids. The bowling has dark lanes and high volume music. But overall the hotel is a nice place for families.」

「My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.」

「pictures of property were outdated, all fixtures (comodes, tubs seemed to be made for tiny people-too short) no access to ocean available, overall cleanliness ok staff friendly food and drinks way too expensive for the quality of the property. really needed upgrades」

「For insight, I have stayed at the Melia over 6 times in the past. This time the check in process was not so satisfying. We arrived approximately 20 minutes early and was told we could check but the room wasn’t ready. We waited for 45 minutes by the check in and were never told the room was ready. Finally get into our room. We noticed we have no blankets. We go downstairs and inform the new desk lady about the discrepancies. She say she will bring them up to our room right away. At around 7PM....
