EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it...

「Booked this knowing it was cheaper- we just needed somewhere to sleep. Didn't need anything over the top. But never again...WiFi you have to pay for.. room was ok but furniture was pretty rough. Blankets were awful. Staff was a little standoff ish. We were locked out of the building because someone burnt food and the whole floor filled up with smoke. No hand soap or toiletries. Not even a hand towel. The signage said if you wanted to exchange towels you had to pay. No housekeeping. 」

「The check-in process was very confusing. Had to some kind of legal document before checking in and when actually checking in the girl had to wait for another office to approve everything which took several minutes. The room was clean because it was just renovated but there was no closet, microwave wasn't plugged in and no where to plug it in. The door keypad beeped constantly. 」

「The Formosa house was very clean and spacious for my family of 9 . The rooms are spacious and each had their own bathroom except for the two theme rooms that had a shared bathroom but it was very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. The host was very fast to response with any questions. Definitely will be staying here again. We loved our stay here 」
