"The staff were amazing. Everyone you encountered was lovely. Check in was easy and fast. Our room was spacious and beautiful. My favorite part was the fireplace. Our bed was super comfy. We had some drinks and brunch at the restaurant on site. Those were also very good. Hotel is beautiful inside and out. A must see. "

After I spoke with Kathy she went out of her way to relocate us to another room Same results. Breakfast was typical 2star motel. It was my birthday and our anniversary. We normally stay in 4 star hotels. We thought we would see how the other half live. Never again "

"Physical product was solid, no service at bar, couldn’t even get a wine glass from the bar, was jaded a paper coffee cup instead. Just lacking in the service area unfortunately."

"Overall, it was OK. I did call down to the office to request extra blankets. All I got was I’ll see if I have any. Nobody came so obviously they didn’t feel like going to get any more so I literally had to go to Meijer and buy blankets. I wasn’t really happy about that."

"The room was very dirty, jetted tub was not clean we had to clean ourselves. Holes in walls and curtains, headboard covered in dust, lamps were falling apart. Evening staff was polite and helpful. DO NOT stay here!"
