「Front desk staff rude and did not tell us anything at all about the room, the stay and extremely slow. Someone else’s garbage left in our room - on the vanity (used oral care). Room was freezing as unit heater was difficult to use. Room keys sometimes work, sometimes don’t. Would not go back.」

「Clean room and common areas. The hot tub was perfect temperature, however the jets did not work. The breakfast was adequate, but not well kept up. 」

「The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl」

We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. 」

「Bar/pizza spot was perfect! Amazing staff great selection. Breakfast area in hotel was super small with minimal seating-lots of sports teams so it took along time. Our a/c unit went out in the middle of the night! Super frustrating when we had to leave for a game at 720am. When we checked out at 11 my husband told the front desk and they made a comment that we should have told the when it happened! Very frustrating」

「The bed was not comfortable, the staff this morning was in the back room on her phone. There was no meat on the breakfast. The coffee machine was broken, the hot tub was out of order. The room was great though!!」

「Services and people are good and willing to help. Yet, room is a bit smaller under of my expectation. It seems like a suite from the booking which is not in fact. However, no regret to stay there.」
