「We didn’t have a hot tub, our original room was given to someone else, so we’re put somewhere else. I went down for coffee and there was nothing. Worst stay I have ever experienced, would never stay there again!!!!!!!」

「We did not have an arm chair in our room, only a desk chair. It seemed odd. Very clean Hole in bathroom door Handle in shower was barely able to turn off water. Glad that curtains did not cover the heating/cooling unit.」

「I rented this room for the pool area and of course it was closed. They don't tell you that until you're checking in and so you spend over 100 for a room that's not clean, I was very disappointed 」

「The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl」

「Great stay for a work show up here. The property staff were friendly and accommodating. I received multiple clear communications about check-in and check-out that made our experience very smooth. Facilities are clean and well kept. No major concerns or issues. I'd stay here again.」

「I experienced a very rude interaction with one of the front desk staff. I was very disappointed in their rudeness and lack of kindness and compassion.」

「Check in was good, the room satisfactory. However the pool was unusable. It is advertised that this hotel has complimentary free breakfast but there was no breakfast offered at all. 」

「The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. 」
