This hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The location was great, close to everything in Nisswa. Downside was the shower was awful. No water pressure and the towels were small and rough. Plus there were only two bath towels in our room and since this hotel has NO staff and you check in with a code for your door there is no one there to assist you or to ask for more towels or anything else you may need.

Fantastic stay at Nisswa Hotel & Suites. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the newly renovated pool area is a standout — tropical feel, clean, and very relaxing with the sauna and hot tub. The in-room kitchenette was incredibly useful and well stocked for basic cooking, and having Starbucks coffee in the room really elevated the experience. Top it off with an unbeatable location near downtown Nisswa and the lakes — this place checks all the boxes.

Since arriving at this location, I was throughly impressed. Having visited this place years ago, this place really got a face lift! I would recommend this place to anyone! Had a little bit of an issue with getting into the conjoining room, but staff was quick to help us out. Will definitely be staying here again!

This place was a mixed bag. The bed was good, clean sheets, comfortable, but the floors were not clean, especially the bathroom floor had some sticky substance on it. The front security door didn’t work so the hotel was open for anyone to come and go, especially without any front desk staff. They could use a bar of soap since the dispenser is not by the shower. Other than those few things, it was what I expected for the price point.

We had a really great stay at Nisswa Hotel & Suites. The updates are noticeable, especially the pool, sauna, and spa area — all were clean, modern, and a huge upgrade from before. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is excellent — close to everything in Nisswa and easy access to the lakes and local spots. Check-in was incredibly convenient. Not having to wait in line and being able to go straight to the room with a door code made the whole arrival process smooth and stress-free. Overall, the property has improved significantly. We would absolutely stay again.

We didn’t have a hot tub, our original room was given to someone else, so we’re put somewhere else. I went down for coffee and there was nothing. Worst stay I have ever experienced, would never stay there again!!!!!!!
