Have been staying there over several years and have seen a decline in quality and decline in staffing. Room was clean but unfortunately smelled like mold. Suspect it came from AC/Heater wall unit. Also noticed a decline in breakfast options and quality. Will consider staying eleswhere next time.

We enjoy our stays at Baymont when we are in Baxter. Staff is very accommodating. And friendly. Lovely setting. Only downfall is Springtails during summer month. But since I now know they are harmless not a deal breaker. We stay here at least 3-4 times a year.

This is the second time we booked here for a 3 day Brainerd Lakes Area vacation. It is a great location and reasonable in price. The continental breakfast isn't spectacular but it offers enough to get your day started. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. What I really liked was how quiet the AC unit was. I've stayed in hotel rooms that when the AC turns on it sounds like a train coming into the station. This was whisper quiet. I will definitely stay here again.
