「We did not have an arm chair in our room, only a desk chair. It seemed odd. Very clean Hole in bathroom door Handle in shower was barely able to turn off water. Glad that curtains did not cover the heating/cooling unit.」

「The staff was amazing at the front desk and in the water park. Breakfast was pancakes, biscuits& gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereal, several different bread options. The water park might consider allowing adults in after 9pm especially for the hot tub and lazy river. 」

「The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl」

「The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. 」

「Check in was good, the room satisfactory. However the pool was unusable. It is advertised that this hotel has complimentary free breakfast but there was no breakfast offered at all. 」
