「We only stayed for one night, so we did not get a chance to experience all of the amenities. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues during our stay. On Saturday evening around 6:00 PM, we went to the restaurant and were given menus. After a few minutes, we were ready to order, but when the waitress returned, she apologized and told us they were out of everything on the menu. 「The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.」

「Overall we had a great stay, but it started out very disappointing. My husband and I were on a getaway for his 50th birthday and we had stayed in a bed and breakfast the night before. I had scheduled spa appointments at 1pm so we figured we would go to the hotel early and see if they weren't sold out on a random Thursday night and perhaps they might have a room ready. 「We enjoyed our stay as the room was so nice and it was so quiet. Never heard any noises or doors slamming. Needed this after we lost electricity in a cottage we were staying in. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The staff were so helpful and accommodating.」

「There was no heat mind you it was 9 degrees there and was told to go buy heaters and the refund the heater cost」

「For the price the property was good. The only issue( and a BIG ONE) during our three day stay was the shower water was like warm at best and on the second day we had NO hot water. Several functions were in town so in the evening parking was horrible! Way to many charging stations for electric cars. I didn't see one being charged during our stay. Would I go back, NO, too many other hotels in Midland to pick from.」
