"We had a wonderful beach view. The windows were older so they were difficult to open and close but great to have the beach breeze blowing through. We were glad to have keyless entry to the room so we didn’t have to worry about them at the beach. They allowed dogs which is always a bonus for us. "

"We love staying at Grandview Inn. The location is amazing, the rooms super clean and modern (ours had a giant TV) and the friendliest staff. We brought out bikes and for a small fee the locked them up in storage where we could plug them in. So attentive to everything we needed. We used to stay exclusively at Beach House Hermosa ( which may have better views if your want to pay for Ocean front rooms) but will stay at Grandview again and again since it’s right across the street at about half the price. "

"Bed was fine in terms of cleanliness, but was uncomfortable. Floors needed to be swept/vacuumed. Shower needed to be cleaned - found hair in bottom and on walls. Also the coffee maker was on the bathroom sink?? "

"I am fortunate to have stayed here a couple of times. I really enjoy this hotel; & i easily recommend it to anybody i love & want 2 have a good stay. It’s a warm, clean, comfortable hotel & the staff are warm & welcoming. "
