「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. 「Room was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you don’t have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. 」

「I felt very safe and comfortable in my room. The staff were wonderful, especially the desk people, Andre and the daytime lady in particular. My only complaint was that the breakfast didn't really change and I only ate there one day, but probably most people do not stay a week and so that isn't an issue.」
