「Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties 」

「Such an amazing stay, perfect location, a little off from the main street but close by to everything, clean room and the hot tub was great! Also, breakfast was delicious, and there was the nicest man in there! Check in process was so easy, can't wait to come back and bring my kiddos! 」

Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot.」
