「A great place to stay.」

「It was clean,but the floor in the room was sticky. The floor of the tub didn't have support under it so it was unstable . Also the toliet was very short so for tall and elderly made it difficult to use.」

「Grand Beach Resort Hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Traverse City, so it's in a little calmer location. It has its own private beach with beautiful views of this inlet of Lake Michigan. Towels for the beach are provided and the hotel has rows of beach chairs already on the beach for guests to use. 「Clean room, very helpful front desk workers, great view of the water, easy parking!」

「Not enough towels provided. There is a post note in the bathroom suggesting to hang your towels. To save water. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was minimal. Everything seemed condensed. No coffee maker in the rooms. Probably won’t stay there again. Also trying to figure out what an additional charge for $44.00 was? Desk clerk said not to worry it’s nothing. Well it’s on my credit card.」

「I enjoyed the breakfast very much. The TV was disappointing. It only had about 10 channels, and 3 of them were Spanish. There was no channel guide. It was hard to put up with. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The personnel was kind and helpful.」

「One of the manager was kind of rode with us telling us that we were not aloud to have our jet ski on the lake even if jet ski was 30 ft fron the beach. They ruin our 4th of July holiday. No one told me something like this before. This was just ridiculous!!!」
