「Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) - Absolute Nightmare! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed. It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous...

「Rooms are clean. Provide chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler which is very useful if you plan on going to the beach and don’t want to rent. Room has air conditioning and fans which great. Overall a good stay. Very accessible area to get to different places.」

「Super nice area with nice locals! There is no front desk so it was confusing on where to find our place at first, and the balcony doors are slightly loud at night but besides that 10/10 stay!!」

Dos habitaciones, sala, comedor para 6 personas, estufa, nevera completa, microondas, TV en sala y en cada habitación, consolas de aire al mejor funcionamiento. A 5 mnts caminando de Ciudadela. Muy bien en relación facilidades vs precio. En mi estadía jueves y viernes fue molestoso el ruido de una construcción aledaña(chipping hammer) de 7:00am a 2:00pm, por todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.」

「I am unsure how this place got such a great rating but I did not feel clean there at all. On our way out one of the workers in the elevator had a dead roach on his head and a cockroach the size of a golf ball just sitting on his pants leg. There was no elevator going to the parking garage. The only pro was that the place was right off the beach. I would not book here again.」
