「Such an amazing stay. Liam, Alice and Tony we're super kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to upgrage to the suite with the fish pond and this room made my stay extra special. Very close to everything going on in Hanoi whilst also remaining peacefull and quiet. Also had the oppertunity to book a day trip to Halong bay through the travel agent in the reception which was extreamly convienient and even when I miss the bus pick up (slight miscommunication) I was raced to the bus to get on...

「我住四晚，房內無電話，隔天打手機給櫃檯說要整理房間，櫃檯說退房才會整理，也就是說住四晚，我必須自己去跟櫃檯拿毛巾和牙刷，垃圾要自己清理，且其中兩天沒熱水，熱水修理一天才處理好，我好後悔一次刷卡付款四晚，要退房無法退款，住一晚就該換訂其他飯店。唯一不錯的地方是，櫃檯半夜有幫忙叫車到機場。」

「我是来考试的，唯一一点我不明白为什么越南酒店都有一块大镜子对着床？很不舒服，真的是一块超大镜子对着床...半夜起床都要被自己吓醒」
