「The experience at Hotel Gran Real Punta Cana II in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, was disappointing. The hotel indicated that it had not received the reservation payment from Expedia, and staff stated that similar issues had affected other Expedia guests. The room was very basic and lacked adequate bed linens. The bathroom had no towel rack, no shower curtain, and no hot water. In addition, the hotel is located in an area that may not feel secure to some travelers. Its address is difficult to...

À noite havia muitos restaurantes e bares. Muito confortável.」

「Very nice authentic Dominican style bed and breakfast. Very private and quiet location. Breakfast options are simple but very nice and filling. You can get Hot food like a breakfast sandwich or fresh eggs your way with or without Ham and Cheese or if you prefer cereal or just plain toast are also available. Rooms are air conditioned, WiFi is free and consistent. The common spaces are well maintained and cleaned everyday. The building is also very secure with 24/7 surveillance. I’d recommend...

「Everything about this tropical Hotel exceeded our expectations! The grounds were beautiful in the room was comfortable in the Internet was fast. The stuff paid attention to every detail and made our day feel special. Thank you for giving us such a memorable vacation!」

「I loved the peaceful tropical atmosphere of this hotel. Being so close to the beach and surrounded by great cafés, bars, and restaurants makes the location unbeatable. The kitchenette and reliable internet are perfect for longer stays.」

「Todo hotel 5 estrellas」

「They were very nice and welcoming. The property was clean and our room was cleaned everyday. Everyone always smiled and greeted us. Would def stay here again!」

Otras noches salíamos a probar restaurantes diferentes.

「This is one of the nicest boutique hotels. It’s like staying in a Tuscany villa!!! The breakfast is made fresh to order everyday ! The staff is incredible, Derek, Neal, Janelle, the ladies who clean the rooms the Chef!! Everyone ! I wanted to take them home with me !! I highly recommend. The area is quiet and the restaurants are fabulous !! A new Spanish one opened just down from Don Luis I highly recommend. I will be back ! They take you and bring you back from Api beach . I want to keep this...

「Generally 7-Star! What I did not like was the constant music blaring through the lawn speakers from noon to 5pm. If people like that music, keep it to places where you can expect it, not everywhere on the property. You cannot nap in the afternoon because low-frequency bass and drumbeats hit your eardrums. We city folks like the sound of the waves and gentle breeze instead.」
