「The rooms were huge! The staff was super nice and helpful and when we had problem with our room, we were offered a new one without asking. The sauna and steam room are pretty neat, but it would be great if there would be some kind of warm relaxing room within the sauna area. The breakfast was pretty good too! Even though I would love more cheese variation. All in all great hotel would definitely book it again! 」

「Hotel is excellent with 3 restaurants. Pharmacy and an array of shops and beautiful art. The pool looked great. I wish I was here longer. Nice neighborhood with many food options and a short distance from old town.」

「First of all, the hotel building itself is a piece of history almost 500 years. Second, unbeatable location, able to walk to all major historical landmarks easily. It is a very safe hood. There are plenty of restaurants around, next door to a grocery store. Hotel staff are very friendly. 」

「Excellent, very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were kept spotless. I would have a few suggestions concerning improvement of the bathrooms, however. The toilet flushing knob should not be located under a stone shelf. There should be a window to the outside, not to the room itself. It would also help if the restaurant tab could be part of the checkout.」
