「The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative. 「This place is amazing. It is very family-friendly, with lots for kids to do and explore. We stayed in the family room, which was very spacious and comfortable for us. There are many activities available and all were fun. Some of the things we enjoyed were a difficult hike, a night walk, beer and chocolate tastings, wine and cheese tastings, and candle making.
