The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms, restaurants, bar and other sitting areas were cold (it was cold and miserable outside) and they only had one fire burning. I had to ask for a heater for my room that they provided

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it was five star. The service was great and the accommodations were wonderful. I highly recommend checking this place out. Also if you get a chance to do one of their massages it is well worth it so relaxing
