Great hotel in a nice area!

The Hotel is located in a nice area close to restaurants, coffe shops, parks and malls. The personnel is always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is always good! Rooms are clean.

Perfect location in Carolina Park district and near everything. Nice, friendly staff. Numerous shops and restaurants and malls in easy walking distance. Shower was lukewarm at best and no airconditioning in room would be the two negatives.

Staff were great, ample breakfast variety, comfortable room that was well maintained and kept clean by staff. Minimal noise between rooms. Pizza in restaurant was amazing. Terrific location that allowed me to jog daily. Plus the new Metro is close.

Very nice hotel in good location. Wasnt too loud of an area and plenty of restaurants within walkig distance. The free breakfast was minimal , noticed the ones for the pay restaurant looked better. Other then that nice hotel and.would stay again if ever in Quito

The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good, and in addition, there are many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity of the hotel, making it very convenient. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had no inconvenience at all during my stay. The bathrooms and toilets are a little small, but they are adequate for business use.

Hotel Finlandia was a wonderful place to stay during my time in Quito. The location is absolutely perfect, close to great restaurants, parks, and in a very safe area, which made walking around feel comfortable both during the day and at night. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and overall, the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room didn’t have air conditioning. While the weather in Quito is generally mild, it would’ve been nice to have the option, especially during warmer afternoons. Still, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
