「Friendly and efficient service. Hotel and grounds are stunning. Spacious large rooms that are clean and comfortable. Dinners are amazing. Food is delicious and the presentation and small surprises are delightful. Walking Distance to shopping. Spa is a treat. We just swam but it was so relaxing and warm. Great facility. Would highly recommend. 」

「Check in was easy, appreciated the parking across the street. Decor of hotel is cheerful, the beds were comfortable, the hot shower plentiful. Perfect location between main square and market. 」

「everything at Las Hortensia's was amazing. it's close to the airport, and the grounds are very clean and beautiful. the host is amazing. she scheduled a airport pickup for us, and arranged a taxi for the next day. my daughters loved the dogs on the property, and so did I and my wife. I highly recommend staying here, it exceeded my expectations.」

「The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative. The room was spotless and was cosy with nice lighting, a fireplace and electric heating. There is a lovely hike up to the top of the mountain, too. The whole place is very clean and organized with both indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Great for couples and families alike. 」

「Such an amazing gem!! Incredibly clean grounds and all of the staff, and I mean all, are so kind and amazing. I’m just leaning to speak Spanish and they were so graceful in helping me with it and making sure I got the pronunciation correct. Highly recommend for beginners learning Spanish. 」
