The room was clean, so I had no issues there. However, it was disappointing that the breakfast was of a lower standard compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly attentive and made our honeymoon extra special by upgrading our room and welcoming us with two glasses of wine—a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Everyone was friendly, the hotel was beautiful, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Tenemos pendiente la estadía en el hotel ya que debido a causas de fuerza mayor no pudimos utilizar el hospedaje, por lo que no podemos dar referencias del hotel pero evidentemente si lo utilizaremos en nuestro pronto viaje a Quito.

I want to give this place 5 stars sooo bad but we had giants above us and non stop all night the walls would shake, I am not exaggerating we thought the ceiling and the lights were going to fall off. We got maybe an hour of sleep- you can hear everything-cars, people talking, dogs etc plus whoever was above us moved all the time and all night. Staff was amazing beyond amazing. The hotel itself soo gorgeous.

This hotel was gorgeous, rooms were clean and spacious. They offered airport service via taxi for a fee, which was reasonable and greatly appreciated. This hotel is centrally located and walking distance to the grand plaza and several other spots we wanted to see. Staff were helpful and we loved out brief time here.
