「The towels and bed linen seemed unwashed, the breakfast didn’t exist, the lovely rooftop shown in the pictures was “private” and hence not available. The hairdryer didn’t work. Overall, the impression of the hotel shown in the pictures did not deliver and I have a hard time understanding the high score this hotel receives.」

「I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. 」

「We would stay here again. The location was great with a park across the street and nearby grocery stores. No restaurants were open nearby, despite it being Saturday night. The room was generally quiet and the sheets were super soft. The room was big and had good options to lay out our suitcases. The room also had a mini fridge, however there was no bottled water in the room. The toilet seat and toilet paper rack were both very loose, but the bathroom had a fan. The fridge and fan were extra nice...
