Very short stay bit the room, and bed especially, was so comfortable! $5 breakfast the next morning was outstanding but the $5 beers and wines were overpriced. Very cool sprawling old building, which comes with its creaky floors and such. overall was a great stay.

I loved the suite i stated at, just perfect, the bed, Lightning, bathroom, the feeling of the house, the Design, absolutely gorgeous. The house wine was amazing, highly recommend it. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, from the front desk to the bar and all in between.

Our entire travelling party got gastroenteritis and needed to be hospitalized from eating at a restaurant nearby, and the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating. Such a great team there!

Super Ungerkunft, auch wenn man eigentlich kein Hostel-Typ ist! Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Blick in den Innenhof Abends wird laute Musik gespielt, ab 22 Uhr (?) war es aber ruhig und ich konnte super im bequemen Bett schlafen. Englisch des Personals war etwas holprig, klappte aber trotzdem alles gut. Eigenes Restaurant, Frühstück wird angeboten.

Very nice hostel

Very nice hostel. Great staff, very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was very slow but not uncommon from other places I've stayed. Hot showers with lots of pressure was very nice too.

Although property is undergoing restoration it was comfortable and safe. Breakfast was great and available in downstairs cafe. Loved they had something on each evening eg coffee or chocolate tastings

Great stay!

Beautiful, huge hostel with its own on-site restaurant/bar. The food was superb. The rooms were large and very clean. Excellent location in the Historical District. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This place can definitely get loud so if you are looking for quiet it may not be the one for you.

Rustic vibe

Loved the hostel. Has the historic rustic vibe. Have daily events and walking tour on board schedule. In or around the old historic town. Not walking distance from your typical Holiday Inn and restaurants but closer to the typical Ecuadorian life style and food. Its like a maze inside the hostel with creaking wood floor.

Most of it was top quality! The only thing is that it can be quite noisy from music later in the evening from the bar and early in the morning from the restaurant.

The hostel was very clean and in a great location. Jhordy and Mathew, the receptionists were very attentive to our needs, guiding us to the best attractions in town. They coordinated tours and taxis making our trip more relaxing. Pilar made delicious breakfast every morning and excelent dinners. The bar was fun and full of life. Watching de FIFA soccer games with people from all over the world 🌎 Liz, the housekeeper was so sweet and made sure that our room and laundry was done in a timely manner. Most people were young and on weekends can get loud but not annoying. They play great music. We had a private room with a bathroom and a great view to their garden. Friday BBQ was also great and very inexpensive. They also offered a cooking class and we learned how to make empanadas. We got to meet a lot of great people during this class and had our empanadas for dinner. We all were so proud of our food. I highly recommend this hostel. We loved this place and all the staff. I wish I could remember all the names of each one of them. I also had to mention that the hostel is in a great location, with walking distance to many historical places like Plaza Santo Domingo, Basilica de San Francisco and many others.

Fantastic Respite in Old Town Quito!

I LOVED my room and it was very reasonably priced. Great location, beautiful building (hardwoods, traditional style), helpful staff and free activities such as a walking tour and coffee tasting! They also have a garden to relax in with a small bar and restaurant. Bliss! I was sad too my be staying 2 nights!

Hotel tout neuf avec service au top

Cet hôtel vient d'être refait à neuf. Il est idéalement placé dans le vieux Quito, proche de la Plaza de la Independancia (Plaza Grande). Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la propreté impeccable. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable, toujours prêt à aider et renseigner. Petit dej très bien. Il y a un jardin et une terrasse avec billard très agréables. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Nos encantó la propiedad, todo estaba muy limpio, acogedor y espacioso. Es de fácil acceso y excelente ubicación. El personal fue amable y nos proporcionó todas las informaciones que necesitamos. La habitación estuvo muy bien y cómoda, igual que baño. Solo comentamos que en el baño se estaba saliendo el agua y se mojaba el piso afuera, para que revisen, luego de esto, nos encantó y recomendamos el hostal.
