「We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. 「The hardest part was finding the place then getting in the door. Security Is obviously highly prioritised. The apartment was lovely, well stocked with everything you need to stay. Very clean and in good working order. Great balcony overlooking the surrounds and the lights at night were great」

「Estuvimos con mis amigas una noche, pero maravilloso todo desde el ingreso, la atención del guardia 10/10 , las instalaciones perfectas, muy nuevo la cama súper rica , definitivamente volveremos, el departamento con todo lo necesario, muy bien ubicado, seguro, la comunicación muy adecuada y con gente amable y calida.」

「The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The host Ana responded very quickly whenever we had a question and was very helpful. Location is very convenient. I 100% recommend staying here and this place will be at the top of my list the next time I need to stay in Quito. 」

「Location is convenient with ggod views. 24 hour doorman, always very nice. The bad...communication is non existent with the owner..I sent texts by whatsapp and emailed and both were ignored. I left a couple of weeks ago and never did get a response.」
