Extraordinary service

The service was so wonderful, the room was amazing, and it was so quiet. The bed was comfortable, too. Every one of the staff was cordial, and wanted to make sure I had a nice stay. I enjoyed it so much and would highly recommend.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed. It was so clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly all along the way. Fresh bread daily and stocked fridge. So personal and very welcoming. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Everyone who we had contact with were beyond lovely. The atmosphere and style of the hotel was warm and beautiful. Loved it. Highly recommend. The tour guide and driver they use is also exceptional. Xavier was indispensable.

An amazing stay from start to finish!! Our room was very spacious with a well stocked kitchen for breakfast. The staff was 5 star, above and beyond doesn’t do them justice. This is the only place I will stay in Quito going forward.

Old Town Quito Suites was the perfect base for our family of 5! Conveniently located but in a quieter part of town which we appreciated. The 2BR apartment was spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Staff go out of their way to make your stay safe and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!
