"I highly recommend this hotel! I was traveling with my dog, and they are truly pet-friendly, which made everything so easy and comfortable. I had two large suitcases that were hard to carry, and the front desk staff, Ms. Liu, kindly helped me bring them up to my room and even placed some of my food in the fridge. Her service was outstanding and very thoughtful. The location is also excellent — right on a lively street with plenty of restaurants, shops, and places to grab food, so it’s super convenient. They also arranged a shuttle bus to Pudong Airport based on my flight schedule, which made my trip much smoother. Overall, the service and experience were top-notch, and I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I come to Shanghai. One small area for improvement: since this is a pet-friendly hotel and I had informed them in advance that I would be bringing my dog, it would have been even better if the room had been prepared with a water bowl and food bowl for the dog."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made everything feel smooth from start to finish. The free shuttle bus was extremely convenient for getting to and from the airport, saving both time and stress. My room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a nice variety to start the day. It’s also a great choice for families, with a safe and accommodating atmosphere. I stayed here both upon arrival and before my return flight, and it was the perfect choice for both occasions. Highly recommend!"

"Love staying here. Continent shuttle from PVG. Short cab ride to Shanghai metro if you want to get into the city. Staff (especially 219 223 cleaning lady) is so helpful. Only downside is that you pretty much need to take a taxi to find food or shopping options. Not very convenient to walk around the hotel. "
