「The property is as advertised; it is small but has what you need for a visit to NYC. It is a 20-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 10 minutes to Flatiron. 「The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints.」

On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. 「This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.」
