「If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.」

We spent a couple of nights here as a couple and a longer stay with our family, and both experiences were wonderful. The staff are on-site 24/7, friendly, and always available to help. 「Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Only negatives- expect to lose power periodically and plan ahead for dinner because they take the reservation system very serious. 「Not a very good place to stay. Had to check in and out at a different hotel which is about 10 minutes away and had to keep messaging on Expedia as there was no other way to contactstaff. No water in the room when we first arrived and the drain in the shower smelt like sewage when we first turned it on and there was dirt in the sink and trainer footprints in the shower. Very quiet and seemed like we were the only people there and there was a lot of maintenance being done and men constantly...

「What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! 」
