「I wasn’t clear on what I was buying for my stay. I was expecting a room with a sofa and washer and dryer. The advertising was not clear for me to have chosen this property. The renovation and hotel is beautiful and interior design was very nice. The pricing doesn’t justify the stay.」

「Hotel has lament floors, and we were having a hard time adjusting the room temperature a little warme,, so our feet felt damp walking around.」

「There was dog hair all over the floor in our room. Bed was so uncomfortable u might as well slept on the floor. Smell was horrible. Never staying here again.」

「Staff was good. Room was not was pictured on the app. Bathroom was old not a stand up , tub has a hole in it. No towels. Breakfast- no food available and was not the cleanest looking area. Pool was horrible and small. Elevator was broken. Could not sleep extremely noisy.」

「If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving.」

「everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. All things were minor but things that can be easily remedied. We fullly enjoyed the stay and the bed/pillows were...

「Everything is fine except the policy for deposit. If you stay over you must start over. They cannot transfer deposit from day to next day an must return your deposit then start over. If you are unfamiliar with this stupidity (this is not the desk person fault) it's confusing because it is not logical it is stupid. It is to bad to see a nice property get a bad rap because of upper mismanagement.」

「This property does not allow outside visitors. In other words only the people renting the room are allowed to be at the property. This isn't stated anywhere on the website prior to check in and should be. I came to visit woth family and was unable to entertain due to these rules. Last time I stay here.」
