「Everything was nice」

「Everything is fine except the policy for deposit. If you stay over you must start over. They cannot transfer deposit from day to next day an must return your deposit then start over. If you are unfamiliar with this stupidity (this is not the desk person fault) it's confusing because it is not logical it is stupid. It is to bad to see a nice property get a bad rap because of upper mismanagement.」

「I loved how clean the room was, the air conditioning was nice and cool, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on! Definitely would recommend this hotel」

「Floors were dirty. Hallway was the same. Did not look as if it had been vacuum in awhile. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「I reserved 4 rooms and all the rooms smelled like mildew. Carpet needed cleaning. TV did not work and sink was clogged up. All the bathtubs were horrible. Had to wear shower shoes in the tub. We stayed 2 nights and room service was unavailable for cleaning and replenishing the towels. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「I left something and I called and spoke to someone and she told me that she was putting a note in the system for house keeping. When my sister went to get the item I left behind, it was nowhere to be found. This is the second time I have forgotten something and it not be there. Either someone is keeping the things that people accidentally leave or throwing them away.」

「Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was overall very good the only problem was we had to switch rooms because of a little mildew under the sink but staff let us switch immediately and everything was fine. Breakfast is decent. Recommend this hotel to everyone.」

「It is not bad. It is old Motel. Hotel room is not cleaning,and it is required to improve. There are microwave and samll refrigerator in room. If any the coffee or tea maker in room is better. The hotel site is close to No. 90 road and CVS store. Free wifi is good.」

「The water in the hotel was brown and when confronte by the stuff they said thats just how it is around here. There was 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel and they were OUTSIDE!!! Not even small room for them to be inside out of the weather.」

「Only problem we had was no breakfast and the man that works night shift didn't make coffee. He acted like it was a problem and got a attitude if we asked for coffee in the mornings. He was rude and looked down his nose at customers. He was short and "smartassy" if he was asked anything. Our overall stay was pleasant and we were extremely satisfied with our room and the ladies that worked the front desk!!! The owner/manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied!!!! We...
